Woven from harakeke (flax) harvested in Te Puke, this piece gives new life to the whenu.  Dyed in rich earthy browns, the weaving celebrates the beauty that can emerge from nature. Whakaora reflects the restorative nature of weaving and the sense of wellbeing it brings through the creative process.
