 "Takutai Moana” reflects the meeting place of sea and land, where the tides shape the shoreline and the rhythms of the moana meet the warmth of the sand. Created from whenu harvested  in Maketū, in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, this piece carries the colours and energy of that coastal landscape — deep ocean blues woven with the gentle tones of sand and earth.”
